FAQ

I placed an order but never received an order confirmation? 

Customers should receive an order confirmation email upon placing their order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder. If the email is still missing, please email us at hello@micaelameyer.com so we can locate your confirmation and forward it on to you.

 

I placed an order and haven't received my shipping confirmation yet? 

Please allow 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order. Orders will be packed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders received after 12pm ET will begin processing the following business day. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking details. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information. 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do! Every item comes wrapped and ready for giving, but feel free to let us know if you are ordering something as a gift and we can include a customized message at your request. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

Of course! If for any reason an item doesn't work out for you, we gladly offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

My size is sold out, when will it be available again?

If your size is unavailable on the website, please email us at hello@micaelameyer.com with your desired style, color and size and we will let you know when our anticipated restock date is for that item.
